Wills

The validity of a Will is crucial. If you have no will or your will is invalid your assets will be distributed under the rules of intestacy.  Your wishes as to the distribution of your assets should be made know to those most dearest to you. Making a Will, although serious, is something that every one of us should do and at Dale-Lace & Co. we aim to make it a relatively pain free service. We can also draw up living wills.

If you are unable to come into our office we offer the choice of home or hospital visits so you can make the process as personal or professional as you wish.
